It doesn't snow here often, but when it does, we have plenty of drama over it. Everything was shut down for two days this time, though the streets were almost completely clear the whole time. We took a walk on the golf course this morning. We saw a smushed snake on one of the access roads - poor thing. At home, the fig bush is as beautiful in the snow as at any other time. You can see the frost damage on the sago, while a holly bush looks great with snow on its leaves.
Snow! I don't know how I feel about it, but right now it's thick and very wet. Thanksgiving snow.
